I've had this blog for three years and haven't really used it. It's time to start. Google+ is growing and Blogs should be a part of that growth...
SO, here we go. :)
Talks form the Heart is a Blog that gives me a place to vent, to talk about my life, and get feedback from people not so close to the situation. Any discussions, from my side, come from the heart.

Politics In America
The closing statements have been made. The choice is clear. Obama
supports people. Romney supports big business. This is a government
founded on the ideal of Government by the people and for the people.
Obama is right people come first. Romney is wrong. Business doesn't make
this country grow. People make this country go.

Clearly a Choice
In Oklahoma the squeak of the conservative and the screech of the liberal should take a back seat to the economy. It doesn't but it should. People should come first. Peoples needs should be paramount.
Our Governor thinks we are doing just fine. She doesn't have to find a job or struggle to feed her family. The bottom line is we are not fine.
Our state government has fought health care reform from the word go! We have people who die because they can not afford to see a doctor. The Dept. of Human Services is obstructive and becoming more so every day. Those who don't know the system can't get help while those who often don't need the help are helped because they know what lie to tell.
What a state of affairs.

Struggling in Oklahoma
I'm beginning to wonder if anyone reads these blogs. It seems to me that something might rate a comment. Writing down the things that are important is an activity that helps everyone. I realize that Windows 8 and Just Plain Folks Organization, Inc. isn't everyone's life. It is a big part of mine. I want to help those who can't help themselves. I don't have the money to advertise. This Blog, the one at http://my.opera.com/jpfolks, the web site at http://www.jpfolks2.com, http://portal.jpfolks2.com, and http://the-software-shoppe.jpfolks2.com are what I do. I have plenty problems but with everyone's help, just a little help, I can save our home, Organization, and pay our bills. I may be going blind but I can still work. Let me help you and your business. If your disabled go the the Just Plain Folks Organization, Inc. Site listed above and let us get a computer to you. If your able send us an older computer to recycle for the disabled. Contact Us at this blog or through one of the web sites.

HTC Phones
The New AT&T HTC Phone is slightly older technology than some of the others on the market, THAT means it WORKS. Unlike the Sharp, Android, or Windows (Motorola) phones the rest of my family has. 3G may be slower than the 4G in the larger cities but all the apps work. It's a matter of choice, I suppose, to wait until the new becomes the proven to use it, but it sure keeps the Frustration Low.
